Do Customers really come First? Creating Soul in your business is bringing more spirit into your business. Creating soul is focusing more on helping and serving and less of what's in it for me, (the bottom line). It's paying attention to your most important customers (employees). Focusing on more Soul and less Ego.

"Your Soul" is always asking "how may I help?"
"Your Ego" always says "what's in it for me?"

We all, at one time in our lives, walked into a business and ask ourselves, why am I here? or..... why am I doing business with these people? or..... do they care about me?

This attitude is becoming more and more evident in business every day. Looking deeper into an organization, you will discover that every business has a soul. This is where one must begin to make changes. When you Create Soul in a business, you inspire success and a sense of purpose, where the body, mind and soul are connected. Inspiring leadership is building meaningful relationships, which brings the gift of understanding that there is a larger picture than just profit, like helping and serving.

The first step in Creating Soul in your business is having a solid foundation of inspiration built into your business. Using the mantra, "How may I help, how may I serve" is a good start, while meditation is an easy way to connect to your Soul and Spirit naturally.

Company retreats are an ideal way to take time away to contemplate business challenges and relieve stress. Stress can greatly impair standards of professional practice and quality of service. At the extreme, stress can result in "burnout". Employees can become locked into a destructive negative cycle in which not only they, but also the people around them (staff and clients) suffer.

Do employees come first? It's often said that customers come first, however I believe that employees come more first! Stress prevents employees from providing the customer service necessary to build and keep business. Inspiring success and a sense of purpose is expressing the soul of the business. Invest in your people and find out what their dreams are!

True success can be defined as the continual flow of abundance, the more you give the more you receive! I think this hits at the very core of our business persona.

Business leaders of the twenty-first century are spiritual leaders, grounded in vision, integrity and intuition, and they will know how to nurture these qualities in others through relaxation techniques and meditation.

Creating Soul in your Business is focusing on your most important customer, your people! What does it cost a company with a lack of focus? Maybe you need a Dream Coach for your team, (people - employees). Your employees are your most important customers.

It’s difficult to excel in any business when there is no passion. If you’re without passion, you are without a specific vision or dream. Dreams inspire people to take action.

What is your Dream?
What do you really want?
What are you doing about it?

Freddie helps people get clear on what's really important to them (their dreams), keep them in action, and he makes sure they are moving in the direction of their dreams, where they will be the happiest and that their taking the easiest and most fun path, so that at the age of 90 they will have zero regrets.

"We all need someone who can help us articulate our dreams, determine the priority of our dreams, pull together a plan for fulfillment of those dreams, and hold us accountable on a regular basis for the actions that help us achieve our dreams."
